Richard was always so kind and compationet to Taylor and I. I loved always listening to his stories. He had so many. The love he had for Carol and his pets was unconditional. I'll never forget when I told him about my headlights not being bright enough and he drove up to get them cleaned for me while we were gone. He said he scrubbed them for an hr. Bless his heart. That was the type of guy he was.  He He will be greatly missed by many.

Rich was a good friend who shared much of our life a long time ago. He was around when my son was young and growing up, and we saw him on a regular basis. I will always share the memory of our visits and discussions.Praying for you and your family, Hilja Pikat with family

My wonderful husband, Richard L. Boberg, left us on Friday, April 17, 2020. He was kind, gentle, pure of heart, giving and loving to all those who knew him!
All his family and friends loved him! He had a great personality and loved to tell stories about his long career at South Side Ford in Chicago, Illinois. He certainly had many stories to tell about everything, at least 3 times each to all of us. He had a rich and full life. I will miss him terribly and will think about him every moment of everyday.

We had some great times target practicing in Valparaiso with the 22 rifle he gave me as a teenager. The long talks around the campfire, play poker, and several fishing trips were memorable. He was a wonderful person to be with and will be missed. He was my half-brother Vaino’s wife’s brother-in-law, in other words he was family and always welcomed. Avo Vill
